Heather Stone is responsible for the daily management and processing of state financial transactions as well as managing personnel functions for the Institute’s full-time, part-time, and temporary staff. She also serves as the Institute’s facilities coordinator. Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Empire State University.
