Education stakeholders across New York State are encouraged to share input on potential changes to the Foundation Aid formula through the submission of written comments.
2:00 to 4:20 p.m. – Part 1: Invited Stakeholder Testimony
Invited education stakeholders, including school district leaders, elected officials, academic experts, education researchers, and representatives from education advocacy organizations, will share prepared testimony and engage in discussion with the Listening Panel.
4:20 to 5:30 p.m. – Recess
5:30 to 7:30 p.m. – Part 2: Public Comment
Members of the public who have pre-registered through the Speaker Registration Form will share prepared testimony with the Listening Panel.
